The MICROTAL® OLV-32 is a natural micronized talc of microcrystalline laminate structure, in which was specially developed a relation between the particle size versus the specific surface, that allows to increase significatively the oil liberation in the processes of beaten the paste.
With the addition of MICROTAL® OLV-32 in the paste treatment, the benefits are:

In the general framework of continuous improvement and monitoring the properties of the different products, CERAS SAN JUAN SA signed an agreement with INTA SAN JUAN to update the extractability properties of Talc, MICROTAL ® OLV-32, in the process of Olive Oil production.
Between the months of October and November 2009, using SPREMOLIVA equipment at the facilities of INTA SAN JUAN, 10 trials of olive oil extraction were done with the objective of ratifying the benefits of using natural talc MICROTAL ® OLV-32.
